Cookie Policy

Version 2026-07-17.1 — every cookie and browser storage entry we use, explained plainly.

Last updated: 2026-07-17.1. This Cookie Policy explains how The Lone Wolf Agency ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage on thelonewolfagency.co.uk and the Wolf Hub creator platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and browser storage?

"Cookies" are small text files a website places on your device. "Local storage" and "session storage" are similar technologies built into modern browsers. In this policy we use cookies to mean all three, because UK and EU rules (PECR / ePrivacy) apply to all of them equally.

2. What we use and don't use

  • We only set first-party cookies from our own domain.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies (no Google Ads, no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel on this website).
  • We do not use third-party analytics that set cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel).
  • We do not sell, share or hand cookie data to data brokers.
  • We do not use browser fingerprinting or cross-site tracking of any kind.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required to run the site securely — for example, keeping you signed in. Under UK PECR they do not require consent because the service you asked for (using Wolf Hub) cannot function without them.

sb-<project>-auth-tokenessential

Keeps you signed in to Wolf Hub and lets us re-issue your session securely. Set by our authentication provider (Supabase).

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Until you sign out or the session expires (up to 1 year).

lwa.cookie-notice.v1essential

Records that you have acknowledged our cookie notice so we don't show it on every visit.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Persistent until you clear your browser storage.

4. Functional cookies

These remember preferences you have already set so the site behaves the way you expect on your next visit. They are first-party only and are not used to build a profile of you.

sidebar_statefunctional

Remembers whether the admin sidebar is open or collapsed.

Storage: cookie · Lifetime: 7 days.

wolf-hub.admin-menu.selected-tabfunctional

Remembers the last admin panel tab you had open so it reopens where you left off. Only present for admin users.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Persistent until cleared.

wolf-ai.history.v1functional

Stores the recent Wolf AI conversation locally so it reopens where you left off. Admin-only feature; never shared with third parties.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Until you clear the conversation or your browser storage.

wolf-ai.briefing.last-datefunctional

Remembers the last day you received the Wolf AI Morning Briefing so it fires once per day.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Persistent until cleared.

lwa.cinematic-intro.last-shownfunctional

Prevents the cinematic homepage intro from replaying on every visit.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Persistent until cleared.

lwa.install-prompt.dismissedfunctional

Remembers that you dismissed the Wolf Hub install-to-home-screen prompt so we don't nag you.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Persistent until cleared.

Web Push subscription (browser-managed)functional

If you opt in to push notifications, your browser stores a subscription (endpoint and public keys) that we use solely to deliver notifications you have enabled. You can revoke this at any time in your browser or in Wolf Hub.

Storage: localStorage · Lifetime: Until you disable notifications in your browser or in Wolf Hub.

5. Analytics — first-party, server-side

We record a small number of aggregate feature-usage events (for example "user opened the Notices tab") against your account ID so we can see which parts of Wolf Hub are useful and which need improvement.

  • This is server-side event logging tied to your authenticated session.
  • Uses cookies? No.
  • Uses browser fingerprinting? No.
  • Anonymous visitors (not signed in)? Not tracked.
  • Data stored where? Our own database (Lovable Cloud, EU/UK region).
  • Shared with third parties? No.

6. How to manage or delete cookies

You can control cookies at any time using your browser:

  • Safari (iOS/macOS): Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.

Note: if you clear our strictly-necessary storage you will be signed out of Wolf Hub and will need to sign in again.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use cookies we will update this page and bump the version at the top. Material changes are also announced inside Wolf Hub.
