🐺 The Lone Wolf Agency

Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-07-17.1 — the rules of being part of the pack.

Effective date: 17 July 2026. Version 2026-07-17.1.

1. About these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Creator", "you") and The Lone Wolf Agency ("Agency", "we", "us"), an agency operating from the United Kingdom, in respect of your membership of the Agency and your use of the Wolf Hub platform at thelonewolfagency.co.uk ("Wolf Hub").

By creating a Wolf Hub account you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

3. Membership

Agency membership is voluntary. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, legal agency, joint venture or any guarantee of earnings. Membership is granted at our discretion and is subject to approval. Pending applicants may complete onboarding but do not receive Agency benefits until approved.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity on your account, and for keeping your contact email current. Notify us immediately at thelonewolf.management@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal — do not share, transfer or sell them.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of Wolf Hub is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Breach of the AUP is a breach of these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

Your handling of Agency information is governed by our Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. User-Generated Content

Wolf Hub lets you upload content — for example avatars, banners, creative-request briefs and attachments, showcase submissions, testimonials, success-story submissions, notices you post, Talk to Wolf messages and trading journal entries ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant the Agency a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and adapt (for formatting and thumbnails) Your Content solely to operate Wolf Hub. Where you have explicitly opted in — for example being featured on the Creator Showcase, submitting a Testimonial or a Success Story — you also grant us a licence to display that content for the promotional purpose disclosed at the time of consent.

This licence ends when you delete the content or leave the Agency, except for (a) copies retained in our encrypted backups until they expire on the normal backup cycle and (b) content you explicitly consented to be used publicly, which we may continue to display for the promotional period you agreed to. You warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Agency Benefits

Benefits may include the Wolf Hub platform, the Agency Discord, competitions and tournaments, giveaways, creative requests, coaching, promotional opportunities, Talk to Wolf peer support, the optional trading feature (cTrader connection, autonomous mode, journal, watchlist, alerts) and any future features. Benefits are provided at our discretion and may be added, changed, suspended or removed at any time.

9. Activity expectations

Creators are expected to remain reasonably active. If you are taking a break from creating content or streaming, please inform management where possible.

10. Rewards and competitions

Monthly rewards, competitions, tournaments and giveaways are optional Agency benefits and are not guaranteed. Eligibility requires active membership, meeting any published requirements, compliance with these Terms and the AUP, and remaining in good standing. Participation in an event does not guarantee a prize.

We may amend, postpone or cancel any event without notice; where reasonably possible we will announce changes on Wolf Hub. Management decisions on eligibility and prizes are made in good faith and are final, save for your statutory rights.

11. Third-party platforms

You remain solely responsible for your TikTok account (and any other creator platform), your live streams, your content, and compliance with those platforms' terms and community guidelines. We are not responsible for warnings, restrictions, suspensions or bans issued by third-party platforms.

12. Talk to Wolf

Talk to Wolf is a confidential peer-support feature. It is not counselling, therapy or medical advice. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Where a message indicates a credible risk of serious harm to a person, we may take appropriate action, which may include contacting emergency services or safeguarding authorities.

13. Service availability

Wolf Hub is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service. We may schedule maintenance, add, change or discontinue features without notice.

14. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Hub and Agency benefits are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of earnings from content creation, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any loss arising out of a third-party platform's actions in respect of your account. Our liability to you for any other loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to a fair and proportionate amount having regard to the nature of Wolf Hub (a free-to-use, non-paid Agency benefit) and the loss actually suffered.

15. Leaving the Agency

You may request to leave at any time. TikTok's release process applies where relevant. On leaving, we may immediately withdraw Agency benefits, including Wolf Hub access, Discord access, monthly rewards, competitions, coaching and promotional opportunities. Your confidentiality obligations under the NDA survive termination for the period stated in that document.

16. Removal from the Agency

We may suspend or remove any Creator at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms, the AUP or the NDA; fraud or dishonesty; abuse of Creators or management; breach of TikTok policies; conduct that damages the Agency's reputation; or repeated disruptive behaviour. Where removal is due to a breach, we will normally give you an opportunity to respond, save where immediate action is necessary.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified via Wolf Hub — including an in-app notice and, where you have opted in, email or push notification — and by requiring re-acceptance on your next sign-in. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that if you reside in another UK nation you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

19. Final decisions

Save for your statutory rights, our decisions on membership, rewards, competitions, promotions, Agency benefits and rule interpretation are final.
